Test Strip Issues and Reporting
Like any product, immunoassay test strips can sometimes be faulty or affected by manufacturing issues. Unlike most product problems, however, errors with test strips can have serious consequences. People rely on these tools to make informed decisions and reduce risk, so accuracy matters.

This page shares resources and guidance about reporting faulty or adverse test strip events. Tracking performance and following clear response steps helps ensure results are used safely, responsibly, and transparently in drug checking and harm reduction programs.
